• Completed site investigation, design, permitting, construction, and obtained the permit to operate for a new landfill cell in <24 months.

• Assisted county in contract negotiations for landfill operations (county and contractor-controlled waste streams).

• Pro forma analyses for MSW and C&D cost centers to forecast the future based on the present value and predicted future waste streams and inflation. This includes estimates of required tipping fees, overall fund balance, and future capital projects for the life of the facility.

• Facility layout planning and design – including new access roads, new soil borrow and areas, as well as future-proof site design for facility infrastructure.
