Landfill Gas to Energy Project
Garrett & Moore is providing project management and bidding and construction phase services for landfill gas to energy project at the Georgetown County Solid Waste Facility. The project is being conducted in a partnership between the County and Santee Cooper and will utilize landfill gas collected from a closed 30-acre landfill and an active 40-acre Subtitle D landfill.
