The diagrams above show Horry County Solid Waste Authority's project from phase 1 to phase 4. Since 2006, we've partnered with numerous county and city governments, solid waste authorities, private waste companies and power companies to work through the engineering and design process to achieve their project goals, create earth-friendly landfills and develop more efficient energy systems.
