President

Vance’s 20 years of solid waste consulting experience includes positions as a project manager and lead design engineer for numerous RCRA Subtitle D landfill and industrial landfill projects constructed in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Bernie Garrett, P.E.

Bernie Garrett has more than 20 years of professional engineering and consulting services with focus on the power and waste industries, especially in the Carolinas.

Stefan Bray, P.E.

Stefan Bray has more than 13 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental projects with a focus on the design and construction of solid waste containment facilities.

Craig Fortner, P.E.

Craig has more than nine years of experience in solid waste and geotechnical engineering field. He has served in different roles as project engineer, lead project engineer and project manager for more than 20 solid waste and geotechnical projects.

Stephen Nichting

Stephen Nichting has more than 14 years of experience in the solid waste industry, primarily in the private sector, focusing on landfill construction and development as well as landfill operations.
